Your voucher arrives by email. Doors open at least one hour before the start, and there is a security check at the entrance.

Which musicals can I get tickets for here? +
Three shows: Disney's Frozen at the Stage Apollo Theater until 31 January 2027, & Julia at the Stage Palladium Theater and Dance of the Vampires at the Stage Apollo Theater from its premiere on 18 March 2027.
How do I get to the theatres? +
By Stadtbahn: from the main station, take the U5 or U6 to Möhringen Bahnhof and change to the U3 to Salzäcker. Both theatres are at the SI-Centrum. More under Plan your visit.
Can I cancel my tickets? +
No. The musical tickets cannot be cancelled or changed. Check the date, time and seats before you pay.
What age are the shows suitable for? +
Frozen from 6, & Julia from 8, Dance of the Vampires from 12, as recommended by Stage Entertainment. Children under 6 are not admitted to Dance of the Vampires, and children under 3 are not admitted to the other two shows.
