Booking & cancellation
How do I book musical tickets? +
On the page for your show, which you find on the home page. Choose the date, performance and seat there. You book and pay with Headout.
Can I cancel or change my tickets? +
No. The musical tickets cannot be cancelled or changed. Check the date, time and seats before you pay.
Do I need to print my ticket? +
No. Your voucher arrives by email and you do not need to print it. Bring a valid photo ID to the theatre.
Who do I contact about my booking? +
Headout, where you booked. Their customer service helps with questions about your voucher and your booking.
Theatres & getting there
Where are the musicals on? +
In Stage Entertainment's two theatres at the SI-Centrum in Stuttgart-Möhringen: Frozen and, from March 2027, Dance of the Vampires at the Stage Apollo Theater, & Julia at the Stage Palladium Theater. Addresses and directions under Plan your visit.
How do I get to the SI-Centrum? +
By Stadtbahn: from the main station, take the U5 or U6 to Möhringen Bahnhof and change to the U3 to Salzäcker. Bus, car and parking under Plan your visit.
Where do I park at the theatre? +
In the pay car parks right at the SI-Centrum. Disabled parking spaces are in P2, middle entrance. Cars in Stuttgart need an environmental badge (Umweltplakette). More under Plan your visit.
When do doors open? +
At least one hour before the start, at both theatres. Allow time for the security check at the entrance.
What can I bring into the theatre? +
No large bags, suitcases, backpacks, laptops or professional cameras. Bags are checked at the entrance, including for food and drink. More under Plan your visit.

How long are the shows? +
What language are the shows sung in? +
Frozen in German, & Julia mostly in English. In & Julia the dialogue is in German and most of the songs stay in the original English.
What age are the shows suitable for? +
Frozen from 6, & Julia from 8, Dance of the Vampires from 12, as recommended by Stage Entertainment. Children under 6 are not admitted to Dance of the Vampires, and children under 3 are not admitted to the other two shows. More under Plan your visit.
How long is Frozen still running? +
Until 31 January 2027. You find dates until then on the Frozen page.
When does Dance of the Vampires start? +
On 18 March 2027 with the premiere at the Stage Apollo Theater. You find available dates on the Dance of the Vampires page as soon as they are on sale.
